Terms and Conditions for Purchasing Online Courses
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase of online courses ("Course") offered on the Thinkific platform by Pure Science Limited (t/a Sense Worldwide) ("Provider," "we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing and accessing the Courses, you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to abide by these Terms.
1. Course Enrollment and Access:
1.1 Courses are available for purchase on the Thinkific platform. Upon successful payment, you will receive access to the Course content for the duration specified.
1.2 Course access is granted to the individual purchaser only and is non-transferable.
1.3 The Course content is intended for personal and non-commercial use. Unauthorised sharing, distribution, or resale of Course materials is strictly prohibited.
2. Payment:
2.1 The Course fees are clearly stated on the Thinkific platform. Payment must be made in full at the time of enrollment.
2.2 All fees are non-refundable, except as expressly provided in the Refund Policy (Section 3).
2.3 Payment processing is handled securely through the Thinkific platform or a third-party payment processor. We do not store your payment information.
3. Refund Policy:
3.1 Refunds are available only in accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. You (as a User) have the right to cancel a course within 14 days (and get a full refund) within 14 days, provided that you have not accessed the course material yet.
If you have accessed the course material on the website within the 14-day period you will still have the right to cancel, but you will be refunded a proportionate sum based on the percentage of course completion you have already covered. 4. Intellectual Property:
4.1 The Course content, including but not limited to text, images, videos, and other materials, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
4.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on the Course content without prior written consent from the Provider.
5. User Conduct:
5.1 You agree to use the Course content solely for educational purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
5.2 You will not engage in any activities that may disrupt the Course experience for other users or the Provider.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties:
6.1 The Course content is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the Course content for any particular purpose.
7. Limitation of Liability:
7.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your purchase or use of the Course content.
8. Modifications:
8.1 We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Thinkific platform.
9. Governing Law:
9.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Provider is located.
